Sarah White is VP of Delivery where she leads the Product, Technology, and Science teams to design and build products that improve lives. Prior to RIPL, Sarah coached organizations and teams to adopt more creative and innovative practices at IDEO. Prior to that, Sarah led public sector innovation projects at Code for America and UC Berkeley. Sarah holds an MA from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies at Monterey, and a BA from Lake Forest College. She brings training and applied experience in design thinking, facilitation, product strategy, and relationship management. She lives in Minneapolis, where in her free time she enjoys running or cross-country skiing the city lakes. Preferred pronouns: she/her
