Maggie Finney is the Strategic Operations Lead on the Executive Team at RIPL. She leads the all things HR, Operations, IT management, and personnel management for the organization.

Prior to joining RIPL, she worked as a Consultant for Public Consulting Group where she provided project management and policy expertise to Human Services and Labor agencies in several states; she also supported the operations of $18M in US Department of Labor (USDOL) grants. Prior to that, Maggie held internships in Massachusetts state government at the Executive Office for Administration and Finance and the Health Connector, the Commonwealth's health exchange.

Maggie holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University with extensive training in public finance and the life cycle of public policies; from ideation to implementation, through evaluation and innovation. Maggie lives in Raleigh, NC and when she is not working to improve people’s lives you can find her cooking her way through the NYT Cooking app, practicing tennis, scavenging for used books, and lounging on the couch with her dog Gentleman Jack. Her pronouns are she/her.
